I offer online training for people who want to workout with me remotely. This is also a great option for anyone who doesn’t have access to a gym or good trainer.

How Does It Work?

Our training “sessions” will be through email (or phone call if necessary). I’ll start by sending you some questions about your current workouts, your health and your goals. Once I find out more about your current fitness level, your history with fitness and your goals –  I will send you back a customized workout plan with exercises to do over the next 4 weeks (a 1-Month Plan).

How Much Does It Cost?

The 1-Month Plan is $75. Then, I charge $25 for each followup email (to review your progress, etc). I usually recommend that people do $100 package which includes the first workout plan ($75) and then a followup to evaluate ($25). Once you need a new plan (usually once a month) it will be another $75. Of course – if you just have a quick question I don’t charge for that….it’s only the detailed emails with training advice!
