Skinny Jeans Workout

Did you break out your favorite pair of skinny jeans this fall only to realize they are a little snug this year? Fear not! My workout below will tone and tighten your legs so those jeans fit in all the right places! Be sure to follow a clean diet – especially if you need to lose 5lb or more. You will see the most muscle tone (and change in muscle structure) if you have lower body fat and are a healthy weight.
