    Nice list. I start every run with Johnny Horton’s “The Battle of New Orleans”. Even if I change every other song on the playlist, I always leave that one. It tells me its time to run when I hear it. Other than that, I also listen to podcasts or audio books on long slow runs. Keep your mind engaged and let your body do the running. Nice blog btw.
