I was on Fox Morning News yesterday to demonstrate a few simple training moves that anyone can do. Triathlons, marathons and 5ks are becoming more and more popular and each year more people make it their goal to compete. According to the NY Times, there has been a 20% increase in the participation of marathons over the last decade! But, training property is just as important as the will and motivation to compete, especially if you are starting from scratch.
